Zelori do not offer refunds and we ONLY offer exchanges on products that are defective or are damaged.

Please contact us with your order number via email at hello@wearezelori.com and we will come back to you within 24 to 48 hours.

Returns and exchanges are down to the discretion of Zelori customer service team. 

Zelori is a valued company that support their customers, please be polite to staff, any form of verbal and communicative abuse will not be tolerated and customers will be refused returns or exchanges should they be abusive in anyway. To clarify Zelori has a zero tolerance rule.
